Postage & Handling

There are different options of postage to choose from.  Parcel Post Standard costs $4.50, items are packaged in a plastic envelope and take 1-3 days to arrive, this option is available for any 2 items.  Parcel Post Tracked is $7.00 and items are packaged in a plastic envelope, this is the safest option to ensure delivery and takes 1-3 days to arrive.  International postage to Australia is charged at $10.00.  Please note if you choose 2+ hoodies or more than 3 items in one purchase, postage wil be $8.00 combined, for standard post.  International delivery is also available, please contact us for a quote.

 

Delivery Times

You can expect a PDF proof via email within 5-10 working days of ordering, orders will take up to 15 working days to process following payment of cleared funds. Printing is completed once design approval has been received and payment has cleared.  Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day.  Please allow 1- 5 days for delivery domestically (depending on postage option chosen), or 10 days internationally.  If you have a specific date that you need your item for, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  Feel free to email us to check on your delivery time.  If for any reason there are delays you will be informed by email. 

 

Designs

Please note all designs remain copyright of © illi-Q Kidswear.  Designs will fade as they are washed, colours may vary as each computer monitor is different.  Our designs have a matte finish and colours may alter depending on the clothing colour they are applied to.  Please remember this, especially on the Aqua and Pink hoodies.  If no background colour is chosen, there will still be an opaque square background to the design.  As personalised designs are specially created on an individual basis by our illi-Q team, requests for design proofs without ordering clothing items will incur a cost of $5.00, if the item is then purchased this will be deducted from the final total. When an order is placed, please choose your wording carefully, if you subsequently decide to change the wording of your design, and require a second design proof, this will also incur a fee of $5.00 due to the time it takes us to personally create each design.  If you wish to have wording on the reverse of your garment, this is also an extra $10.00 fee.  You can select this option within the clothes shopping cart area, and add it to your order before checkout. 

 

Washing

Cool gentle machine wash inside out. Use mild detergent. Wash dark colours separately. Cool tumble dry. Do not iron print. Do not bleach or soak. Do not dry clean. 

 

Returns Policy

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.  If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.  If you need to return your items to us for a refund, this will be at your expense.  We cannot exchange products once they are printed, simply for incorrect sizing or because you are unhappy with the colours, therefore we suggest you please consult our sizing guide to double check you have the correct size & have chosen your colours carefully before placing your order.  Personalised clothing will only be refunded if it is proven to be faulty.  The item, along with the original packaging must arrive to us unmarked and in immaculate condition, unused.  Your satisfaction is important to us and we strive to maintain high standards of clothing.  If you like our product please tell your friends, if you don't, please tell us!

 

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
