How to Order - illi-Q Kidswear

Simply go to Clothes, click on either Hoodies, Onesies or Tees. Click on the item you've chosen, then select which size & colour you require and click "Add to Shopping Basket". Either choose "Continue shopping" (beneath order in blue) to select another item or choose your shipping option then proceed to "Checkout" and further down the page complete the form to order your design wording, font & colours. Click "Submit order" and you're done! If you have ordered more than one item, please go to Extra Order Forms and complete one form per garment. All you need to do after this is complete your payment.

Payment Methods

We accept cheque, direct bank transfer or credit. Our preferred method of payment is direct bank transfer, it's easy & quick, just state your payment method and we will email you our bank a/c details or if you would rather use a credit card, please use paypal at the checkout. Please Note: Cheques may take up to 5 days to clear.

Postage & Handling

Orders take 5-10 working days to receive a proof and up to 15 working days for completion. Delivery options are as follows: (Please note, if a non-tracked option is chosen, delivery is at buyer's own risk)

Yes we do ship overseas, please email us for a quote before ordering. Items cannot be sent until payment is cleared, this is generally a 1 day minimum.
